"Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)" é uma canção de Darlene Love, escrita por Ellie Greenwich e Jeff Barry, lançada em 1963 e considerada em 2010 pela revista Rolling Stone como a melhor canção de rock natalina de todos os tempos.

Vários artistas regravaram a canção ao longo dos anos, incluindo Joey Ramone, Mariah Carey, Bon Jovi, Cher e U2. Os irlandeses gravaram o cover com Darlene Love em Julho de 1987 durante um ensaio em Glasgow, na Escócia, para a The Joshua Tree Tour.

O cover do U2 foi lançado no álbum de caridade "A Very Special Christmas", o primeiro de uma série de álbuns destinados a arrecadar fundos para o Special Olympics, organização criada para apoiar as pessoas portadoras de deficiências intelectuais.
